What we handle, and what we do not.
We cover the transpacific import lane end to end. We do not do domestic parcel, project cargo or reefer — if you need those, we will say so on the first call rather than three weeks in.
FCL
Direct allocation with carriers on the main Asia–US West Coast strings. Fixed weekly space on the lanes we run most, so peak season does not turn into a rolling auction. 20', 40' and 40'HC, shipper-owned containers welcome.
LCL consolidation
Weekly boxes out of Shanghai, Ningbo, Shenzhen, Busan, Kaohsiung and Ho Chi Minh City into Oakland and Long Beach. CFS deconsolidation typically within 48 hours of discharge.
Deferred consolidation
Cost-controlled air for replenishment that missed the vessel cut-off. Consolidated departures three times a week, 5–7 days door to door.
Next-flight-out
For line-down situations. Booked on the next available capacity, with customs entry prepared in parallel so the shipment is not sitting airside waiting on paperwork.
Entry and compliance
Licensed brokerage: HTS classification, entry summary, ISF-10+2, duty drawback where it applies, and Section 301 exclusion tracking. We keep a maintained classification file per SKU.
Post-entry work
Protests, PSCs, and reconciliation. If an entry was filed wrong — by us or by a previous broker — we correct it rather than let it age into a penalty.
Drayage and transload
Terminal pickup, chassis arrangement, and transload from marine boxes to 53' domestic trailers when the freight is going past the Rockies.
Short-term storage
Bonded and general-order storage near both gateways for cargo that arrived ahead of its delivery window or is waiting on a compliance hold.
Not a fit
Saying this up front saves everybody a fortnight.
- Domestic parcel and LTL as a standalone service.
- Reefer and temperature-controlled cargo.
- Break-bulk and project cargo over 20 tonnes per piece.
- Personal effects and household goods moves.
If your shipment falls into one of these, we are happy to point you at a specialist we have worked alongside. We do not take a referral fee for it.
