Freight that clears customs on the first submission.
Sinwo Trade handles ocean, air and cross-dock movements between Asia-Pacific origins and US West Coast gateways. One coordinator per account, documentation prepared before the vessel sails, and entry filed the day the manifest lands.
Three things we do properly
We are deliberately narrow. Everything below is run in house, not brokered out to a partner network you never get to speak to.
FCL & LCL consolidation
Weekly consolidations into Oakland and Long Beach, with direct carrier allocation on the main transpacific strings. Container status pushed to you on every gate move, not on request.
Deferred and express air
Consolidated deferred service for stock replenishment, plus next-flight-out when a production line is waiting. Dangerous goods handled by certified staff.
Licensed brokerage
Classification, entry filing, ISF, and post-entry corrections. We keep a standing classification file per SKU so repeat shipments do not get re-argued every quarter.
How a shipment actually runs
No portal to learn, no ticket queue. The same four steps on every booking.
-
Booking and document review
We check the commercial invoice, packing list and HTS codes before the cargo is picked up. Most clearance delays are born here, not at the border.
-
Origin handling
Pickup, consolidation and export declaration at origin, with the house bill issued the same working day the cargo is received.
-
Entry filing
ISF at least 24 hours before loading, entry summary prepared while the vessel is still at sea, duty and fee estimate sent to you for approval.
-
Delivery and reconciliation
Drayage or transload from the terminal, proof of delivery, then a single reconciled invoice — no drip of accessorial charges three weeks later.

Send us the last three invoices for it. We will tell you plainly whether we can do better.
